Precise measurement
JORO-3D is a calibration capable true shape measurement system for wood. The system works with scanner units arranged all around to ensure continuous and complete detection of the object of measurement. The resulting high quantity of master data is a prerequisite for subsequent data processing for billing or optimisation.
Thanks to the continuous recording of the surface, the wood data such as ovality, taper, curvature and sweep or even edges are measured with millimetre precision, regardless of the position.
Stable construction
JORO-3D can be integrated into existing systems without major mechanical modifications. The built-in electronics allow a maximum feed rate of up to 240 m/min at full capacity.
