Five cameras
JORO-3D ++ is the logical further development of true shape measurement, especially for use in the sawmill input in combination measurements (log-module-squared timber). Two additional camera units in the lower measuring range eliminate disturbing influences and shading of the drivers. This advantage comes to bear especially with module and squared timber. The technical data and areas of application correspond to the true shape measurement JORO-3D and can be transferred directly.

JORO-3D ++ makes it possible to optimise the wood yield in particular cases. Maximum accuracy and optimisation in wood processing are becoming increasingly important. Thus, the elimination of shading is another step towards “perfect” scanning.
